Shipping, delivery and collection

Delivery method :

• All deliveries are made with GLS
• We deliver directly to your home address or the nearest parcel shop

Shipping price :

• Private delivery of DKK 65. per order.
• Nearest parcel shop delivery of DKK 56. per order.
• For purchases over DKK 499. we offer free shipping.

Delivery time :

• The delivery time is usually between 2-5 working days, depending on your address and GLS delivery conditions.

Delivery confirmation :

• When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation and a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delayed delivery :

• If your delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the new expected delivery time.

Collection of order:

• If you wish to pick up the order, state this when ordering
• DecorLays will contact you as soon as the order has gone through, in order to agree a collection time
• Without prior agreement, collection of the order is not possible
• On collection, the purchase invoice for the order is presented
